The concept of the virtual psychorheometry was described. To realize the concept, we chose the virtual experience device for the liquid application. We at first measured the horizontal and the vertical reaction forces to our fingers and the thickness of the applied liquid. The results for Newtonian fluids and Non-Newtonian fluids were discussed including the effect of a liquid contact angle on the surface. Based on the results, the response function was deflned and used to control a reaction force generator in the virtual experience device. |
