Objective of the Position 岗位目标 1. Responsible for polymer competency development in product and process, grow and apply it for the success of stake-holders (BU R&Ds, SG Businesses. 负责开发聚合物产品与加工相关的技术能力，并将其应用和拓展到圣戈班的业务，以提升产品和生产的性能。 2. Lead the characterization efforts in the Thermal & Powder lab, especially in the field of thermal and rheology, manage the equipment and technicians to make sure the reliable, accurate and higher efficient testing services to the local and external customers. Investigate and develop new characterizations methods and extend new capabilities to support the customers 领导热学和粉体实验室的表征工作，管理设备和技术员，确保为内外部客户提供可靠准确高效的测试服务。研究并发展新特性以拓展新能力支持客户。执行并完成内部研发团队和工厂的项目。 Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, What, How and Why) 主要职责（时间、工作内容的分配） 1/Management ( 20%) 。 a Lead thermal and powder characterization lab, ensure the 5S/EHS in the lab. b Instruct the team members to keep the related instruments in good condition; c Supervise the team members to ensure optimal billable ratio for each member of the thermal team; d Keep tracking and guide the activity of the team members including daily work, training and EHS issues/etc... 1、管理 a 领导Thermal &Powder 实验室的日常工作.确保履行公司5S/EHS政策 b 指导技术员使相关工具保持正常状态； c 指导技术员确保热能组每个成员到达最佳billable率； d 监督指导技术员的日常活动，包括日常工作，培训和EHS问题； e 其他。 2 Lead polymer research and development projects. (60%) a/. Collaboratively with R&D Directors, Managers, Supervisor and other stakeholders, participates in identifying potential projects that support R&D group research efforts. b/. Develops project plans, directs and coordinates the implementation of approved plans through direct & indirect reports; c/. Provides personal technical input to the projects. Evaluate progress relative to technical objectives. d/. Employs strong scientific methodology in conducting projects. e/. Establishes routine reporting for all activities f/. Resources projects and responds to change priorities as required. g/. Identifies potentially patentable developments & develops proprietary technologies resulting in patents. 2. 项目研发(60%): 开展聚合物技术项目研发 * 和研发组合作，参与制定研发组的项目。 * 制定和协调项目计划。 * 提供项目的技术支持，从技术上评价项目的进行情况。 * 技术指导项目。 * 建立日常汇报。 * 组织研究资源，必要时调整项目优先。 * 定义可能的专利项目并且实施，以取得专利。 3/. Strengthen the polymer studying competency.
